We are unable to issue refunds for Standard Ticket and or Tissue Culture Class tickets at this time. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to give the tickets to a family member or a friend as they are not tied to your name.

Please note that all sales are final, and refunds will only be allowed in limited circumstances, as outlined below.

Refunds:
Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled, or Moved Events: If the event you purchased tickets for is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, you may be eligible for a refund. We will issue a refund of the ticket price you paid and additional add-ons or upgrades you purchased.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that we cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card. However, if your credit card or debit card number has changed but is linked to the same account (e.g., a new card has been issued for the same account), the refund will be processed to that account.

If there are tickets sold at a discounted price after the original on-sale date we will not refund the difference.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Destroyed Tickets: Policies set forth by Event Organizers prohibit exchanges or refunds for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Therefore, tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

Exchanges and Returns: Policies set forth by Event Organizers generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or returns once a ticket has been purchased.

Careful Selection: Before purchasing tickets, please carefully review your event and ticket selection to ensure they meet your requirements. Take into consideration all relevant details, such as date, time, venue, and add-ons.

Prohibited Refunds: Please note that there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons other than those mentioned in the "Refunds" section above. This includes but is not limited to changes in personal circumstances, travel plans, or preferences.

Apart from the specific circumstances mentioned above, there are no refunds or returns available for JungleCon 2026 tickets. Please review your event and ticket selection carefully before making a purchase.
